We’re happy to offer same-day or same-week appointments, and our schedule is designed so you’re seen right at your appointment time—no long waiting-room delays.

Connect Dermatology does not bill or communicate with insurance plans. This helps us keep care simple, efficient, and focused entirely on your needs.

However, patients can still use insurance for the following services ordered through our practice.

If you’d like to seek reimbursement from your insurance, we’re happy to provide a coded receipt you can submit yourself. Coverage varies by plan, so we recommend checking with your insurer for details.

Please note: Medicare patients cannot submit these receipts for reimbursement.

Traditional dermatology visits often last only 5–10 minutes.

At Connect Dermatology, visits are unhurried and thoughtful, typically up to 30 minutes or longer depending on your concerns. We want you to feel heard, understood, and supported.

If pathology or lab work is needed, these services are provided by third-party labs and may be billed through your insurance.

It’s easy—all appointments, rescheduling, and cancellations are done online through our scheduling system.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

You’re welcome to use any pharmacy you prefer.

We can also recommend specialized mail-order dermatology pharmacies that may offer lower prices and added convenience if you're interested.

Yes. A receipt called a ‘superbill’ can be provided and this can be submitted by the patient to their secondary insurance company for reimbursement, depending on the particular plan.

We will be accepting medicare patients starting in April 2026. We apologize for the delay.

It is a detailed receipt that a medical clinic provides its patients after a visit upon request.

Our direct care dermatology clinic does not bill insurance directly, but you can provide this document to your insurer and submit it yourself.

Pay for your visit at the time of service.

• Receive your superbill from our clinic.
• Upload or submit the superbill through your insurance portal (or by mail if required).
• Your insurance company reviews the claim.
• If approved, reimbursement is sent directly to you.
• Most claims are processed within 2–6 weeks.

Yes. Most dermatology visits and procedures qualify for HSA and FSA payment. Please check with your plan administrator if you have questions.
